Shipping is free by USPS first class mail. Email me if you need express shipping. There will be a charge for express shipping.
I ship within three business days after payment clears. If your payment clears the day before a USPS holiday, I will ship within three business days after the holiday.
I am located in the Eastern US. Delivery time will depend upon how far from my state you are located.The USPS first class mail can take up to 10 calendar days or more for delivery depending upon your location.
Yes. But please email me first with any damage concerns. Purchases of $25.00 and over are shipped insured. Damaged items are given a full refund of purchase price and return postage upon receipt of damaged item. Please return damaged item in original shipping package if possible.
I accept returns of items damaged in shipment. Please email me before returning any item.
If an item is too large or too small, I will be happy to alter it for you if possible. I will lengthen or shorten an item free of charge. Please email me with the desired length before returning the item to me. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. I will ship the shortened or lengthened item back to you at no extra charge.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items to be altered. Return postage on items damaged during shipment will be refunded.

Yes!Items can be custom-made for you. If you want more than the quantity available shown email me by using the contact seller link on the product page. Many times this is possible depending upon availability of components used in constructing the piece.
